We’re Ash and Paul, we have taken a leap from our previous jobs to open a wine shop in the heart of Chichester.
With backgrounds in technology and healthcare, we decided it was time to turn our shared love of wine into something more than just a weekend passion.
Our vision is simple: to create a welcoming space where people can discover great wine without the jargon. Cavavin have carefully curated a selection of wines from small producers around the world, alongside local gems we have sourced that deserve to be celebrated.

Oh, the joy of tasting the fruits of tucked away family vineyards without ever having to leave Chichester. We're having some guests round for a barbecue this afternoon, let's see what we can find on the banks of the Dordogne.

A fantastic wine shop with a great selection of wines and genuinely friendly staff. There’s no pushy sales vibe, just helpful advice if you need it. I especially love the wine dispenser machines, which let you taste before you buy. Their tasting events are held in a comfortable space, perfect for meeting up with friends and discovering new wines in a relaxed, social setting.
