Wine Dispensers

Enomatic wine dispensers are one of the things that make a visit to Cavavin Chichester a little different. They allow you to discover a wide range of wines by the glass, giving you the opportunity to sample before committing to a full bottle. Whether you're exploring a new grape variety, comparing different regions, or simply enjoying a tasting with friends, our Enomatic system lets you experience exceptional wines in the perfect serving size.
Using innovative preservation technology, the Enomatic dispensers keep every bottle fresh by replacing oxygen with inert gas after each pour. This means every glass is served in the same condition as the first, preserving the wine's aromas, flavours and quality for longer. It's the perfect way to broaden your wine knowledge, find a new favourite, or enjoy premium wines that you might not otherwise have the chance to try by the glass.

Meet the team

We’re Ash and Paul, we have taken a leap from our previous jobs to open a wine shop in the heart of Chichester.

With backgrounds in technology and healthcare, we decided it was time to turn our shared love of wine into something more than just a weekend passion.

Our vision is simple: to create a welcoming space where people can discover great wine without the jargon. Cavavin have carefully curated a selection of wines from small producers around the world, alongside local gems we have sourced that deserve to be celebrated.

PAUL

Co Owner

Paul brings a calm, people-first approach from years working in the NHS. He helps make Cavavin a space where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re a seasoned collector or just discovering wine for the first time.

ASH

Co Owner

Ash merges his tech expertise with a love for wine through years of travel and tastings. He has upgraded the shop with a digital screen and wine dispensers, transforming it into a modern, interactive space for customers to enjoy.

ZAK

Team Member

Zak is the newest and youngest member of our team. Trained as a chef at Chichester College, he’s swapped the kitchen for wine. He may have paused cooking, but he still serves great recommendations and an amazing cheese and charcuterie board.

Albert

Team Member

Albert is our wine presenter, leading our wine tasting events with expertise and enthusiasm. Drawing on experience from English vineyards and ex cabin crew, he’s friendly, approachable, and always happy to share his knowledge.

Bany

Team Member

Bany is our newest team member, bringing warmth, energy, and a natural talent for connecting with people. A former Italian Red Cross professional, her passion for wine comes from extensive travel and a lifetime in Italy. Her social spirit helps create memorable guest experiences.
